Inspired by the heritage of Guernsey jumpers, reimagined with elegance. Artisanally produced in Italy.
This jumper is crafted from 100% 2/28 (2 ply) cashmere, in 7 gauge (warm, generous knit). Spun by a heritage mill in Cagli, Italy. It is knitted in a women-led, three-generation workshop in Perugia, Italy.
The texture was inspired by the original Guernsey jumpers, where the cable was meant to signify luck. Made as a generous, chunky, and timeless cashmere jumper, this piece features a traditional cable-knit design finished with artisanal refinement. It is one of those rare cases where a complex construction looks effortlessly simple. We spent considerable time perfecting the drape, texture, and proportions to ensure it feels elegant and comme il faut.
The jumper is finished with Garzato - a traditional Italian washing technique that gives the yarn a velvety, soufflé-like texture, making it exceptionally soft.
Hand wash cold with a specialized wool or cashmere detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Gently reshape while damp and dry flat. Avoid wringing, twisting, or hanging. Store folded, not on a hanger.
