Care & Repair Service

We offer a care and repair service for jumpers made by The Soft. We believe that timeless knitwear deserves lasting care.

How It Works

If your jumper needs refreshing or repair, simply contact us to start the process.

We will carefully assess its condition and provide an estimate for the work required. Repairs typically take 14 calendar days from the time we receive the garment.

What We Can Do

• Professional washing, refreshing, and de-pilling
• Minor repairs to damage (e.g. small holes, loose seams)
• Placement of elbow patches for reinforcement or style
  

Crafted to Last. Repaired by the Same Hands

All repairs are carried out in our workshop in Italy, by the same artisans who originally created your jumper. We keep a small archive of all our yarns, allowing us to closely match materials and ensure that your favourite piece can stay with you as long as possible.

Important to Note

This service is subject to an initial evaluation. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of irreversible damage, such as significant shrinkage caused by improper washing (e.g. machine washing a hand-wash-only item).
