Shipping policy

Most of our pieces are made to order, produced individually for you.

Once your item is complete, it will be shipped within 3–4 business days.
If the product is already in stock, we dispatch it within 2–3 business days.

Delivery

• Switzerland: Complimentary shipping.

• European Union: Flat rate of CHF 15.

All orders are shipped from Zurich or directly from our partner workshops. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We package every item with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
